With the ever changing schedule I keep some weeks its hard to find a little quite time to sit and enjoy a smoke. when the time finds me I try and enjoy a cigar I have not had in a while and this weeks choice is one a lot of people seek to have in their collection.
There are a multitude of Drew Estate Fans in our little club. All of who are on the look out for those limited releases. One of my Personal Favorites is the Ratzilla. This 6 ¼ x 46 stick has all the familiar characteristics a Liga Privada blend has. that lush core flavor of earth, chocolate, and spice.
A Connecticut River Valley Stalk Cut Habano Wrapper, a Brazilian Mata Fina Binder, and Nicaraguan and Honduran Fillers are what compose this limited stick. All of the Liga Privada line have distinct flavors that any full bodied fan enjoys. I have found through my quest to find the next great cigar that not every drew estate release is my favorite. I have noticed that over the last few years that my taste has drastically changed. i used to be a fan of the Number 9 Robusto. All of the flavors I remember in that particular size I have rediscovered in the Ratzilla just more Intense body and complexity. all of which I attribute to the ring gauge. with the smaller ring gauges you tend to taste more of the wrapper.
So if you find yourself with a little more time than usual. kickback with this gem. you will not be disappointed. this little firecracker will yield a hour and a half of pure enjoyment.
